From the beginning Hollywood (Fla.) Chaminade four-star quarterback Jerrard Randall made it clear that if he were to receive an offer from longtime favorite Florida, committing would be a temptation too great to turn down.

While he was waiting, the Gators instead got a commitment from the No. 1 rated quarterback in the nation, Orlando (Fla.) Hagerty's Jeff Driskel. In turn, Randall made a commitment sight unseen to Oregon.
