Pitt's new coaching staff is planning to use past relationships in opening up new recruiting areas, and Texas is one such area they are targeting. One prospect the Panthers are focused on is 2012 Arlington (Tex.) Martin safety Eric Amoako, who has been in contact with Pitt assistant Mike Norvell.
