Linebacker Chris McCain of Northern Guilford High School in Greensboro, N.C., showed at the Five-Star Showdown Camp last Saturday in Greensboro that he may be raw as a prospect, but you cannot put a limit on his potential.

At about 6-foot-6, 200 pounds, McCain runs very well and has great footwork. He just needs to be coached the game.

NC State would love to have that opportunity. The Pack was the first school to offer him a scholarship. He attended a home game last year when the Pack hosted Boston College, and last month was back in time for a junior day at NC State.
