Since Hurricane Katrina, the New Orleans area has not had its usual plethora of big-time Division I-A prospects.

That may be changing in the Class of 2010 as Archbishop Shaw defensive lineman/offensive lineman Elliott Porter left LSU's camp today with an official scholarship offer from Tigers Head Coach Les Miles.
