Midwest City (Okla.) Carl Albert running back David Oku is one of the top candidates to be the No. 1-ranked player in the state of Oklahoma for 2009. The 5-foot-9, 176-pounder with 4.49-second speed in the 40-yard dash helped his team to a state title as a sophomore and is looking for another this coming year.
