2015 Regional roundup: Southeast

Last year, Duck Sports Authority looked at the recruiting trends of the Oregon football team since the arrival of Chip Kelly. While the innovative offense is what got the headlines, it was his decision to expand the Oregon recruiting base beyond their traditional limits to get a better program built.

This week, Duck Sports Authority begins to look across the nation by region to see where the Ducks are focusing their efforts early in the 2014 recruiting cycle.

The first region to get our attention is the Southeast where SEC football rules. Oregon has made strides in the region and appears to be working the territory aggressively under new head coach Mark Helfrich. Aftyer plucking a couple of premier prospects from the region in 2014, will Oregon keep their national momentum in 2015?
