Ducks add another DE to class
Duck Sports Authority has confirmed the commitment of Butte, MT defensive end Cody Carriger. Carriger becomes the seventh commitment to Oregon's class of 2012. Carriger's family confirmed the commitment to DSA, and an interview will be forthcoming following completion of the football camp in which he is currently participating.
The 6-foot-6, 230 pound hidden gem of a football player had offers from Washington, Wyoming, Montana and Montana State in addition to Oregon. Carriger excels for Butte high school in basketball and on the track as well, running the 100m dash and the 4x100 relay.

Carriger joins fellow defensive end and Rivals250 member Alex Balducci as commits landed by defensive line coach Jerry Azzinaro in the past week.
