Ducks extend offer to JC DT
The Oregon Ducks have offered College of San Mateo defensive tackle Rika Levi as they look to finalize their Class of 2014.

Levi is currently committed to Texas Tech and has yet to officially visit the University of Oregon.
The Ducks could bring Levi in for a visit this coming weekend, the final possibility before National Letter of Intent day on February 5th.
