Ducks look east with two Monday offers

Oregon football extended two offers to members of the Class of 2019 on Monday, both of them to large, coveted east coast players.

The first is Rivals100 New Jersy DE Antonio Alfano.

"I know I'll be taking my officials in spring," Alfano told Rivals' Adam Friedman. "I could be taking one to Oregon if the relationship gets stronger with the coaches"

“I see great promise that Oregon,” Alfano continued. “I am thinking about taking one of my official visits there. I really want to build a relationship with the head coach and see what they offer. It is a little far away and I'm not sure how comfortable my dad will be with me going that far yet."

The other prospect the Ducks' reached out to was from powerful IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. Rivals100 OG Evan Neal is absolutely massive yet moves with great athleticism for his size.

And of all coincidences, Oregon co-OC/OL coach Mario Cristobal was his recruiter at Alabama.
