Today is national letter-of-intent day for Oregon's class of 2017. Prospects are allowed to begin sending their faxes at 7:00 am local time. For the Ducks' many east coast recruits, that means that the coaches' offices will begin receiving commit papers at 4:00 am in Eugene.
