However, Oregon was able to keep itself in contention for his pledge after hosting him for an official visit over the weekend.

The four-star tight end prospect from Laguna Beach, California made a previous visit to Eugene earlier in the year, so he already had a good grasp of what to expect when he made the trek up to Oregon over the weekend.

Still, he left his time with the Ducks feeling like the program would be a great fit for his future.
